No. Those are drug claims. Our label check blocks them, and marketplaces remove listings that make them.

We carry product liability insurance for our manufacturing. We recommend brands carry their own, and many marketplaces require it.

Tallow balm can soften in summer heat, like butter, and firms back up at room temperature with no harm to the product. If a jar arrives broken, report it within 7 days with a photo and we replace or credit it.

Every unit carries a production date and best-by date. Water-free balms keep well when stored cool and closed.
