How no-minimum private label works
You design your label once. After that, every order from your store comes to our Minneapolis kitchen and leaves in a plain box under your brand.
You choose products and design a label. Each time a customer orders from your store, we take the product from our latest small batch, apply your label, pack it in a plain box with your packing slip and ship it within 2 business days. You pay the unit price and the shipping label for each order. Your customer pays you your retail price.

Choose from 8 tallow products in 55 formulas, scents and flavors. Order samples first if you like.

Design your label
Upload your artwork or build it in the label tool. The lines US cosmetic labels need are built in, and we check every design before it prints.

Connect your store
Link Shopify or WooCommerce, or send Etsy and TikTok Shop orders. Your products, prices and photos are yours.

We label, pack and ship
Products are made in small batches in Minneapolis. Each order gets your label, goes in a plain box under your brand and ships within 2 business days with tracking.

Some call this print-on-demand, a term that gets used loosely in skincare, so here is precisely what it means at TallowPal. We make each product in small batches in our Minneapolis kitchen, the same way Wholesale Tallow Soap USA always has. Finished batches wait on our shelves, unlabeled, until an order arrives.
The label is what happens on demand. We print it when your order comes in and apply it to that unit, which is why one jar can carry your brand and the next jar a different brand, with no minimum for anyone.
Every batch is made to a written formula and recorded with a lot number, so each unit traces back to its batch.

What one order is worth.
A 2 oz whipped tallow and honey balm on your site. Quality tallow balms sell for about $30 to $50 a jar.

Questions about the process
How soon can my first order ship?
Once your label design passes our check and your store is connected, your first order can ship within 2 business days.
Do I have to buy inventory?
No. There is nothing to buy up front and nothing stored in your name. You pay per unit when a customer orders.
Can I change my label later?
Yes, any time, at no charge. New orders use the new label once it passes the check.
What if a product or scent runs short?
We tell you as soon as it does, so you can pause it in your store, and we give you the date of the next batch.
Who handles returns?
You set your own return policy for your customers. If a package arrives damaged, report it within 7 days with a photo and we replace or credit the affected items.
Can I send orders to a creator or a retailer?
Yes. Any order can ship to any US address, so creator samples and small retail orders work the same way as customer orders.
