    Is there a minimum order?

    No. The minimum is 1 unit on every product, lip balm included. The store we build sells one unit at a time, and we make, label and ship each order as it comes in.

    Who owns the store, domain, artwork and customer list?

    You do. Your Shopify store, domain, Seller Central account, logo files, label files, photos and your customers and their emails are yours, and you can take them anywhere. Domain and other third-party fees are billed to you, not by us.

    Are the formulas exclusive to my brand?

    No. Our catalog formulas are open to every TallowPal brand; your name, label and artwork are what make the line yours. For a formula of your own, Wholesale Tallow Soap USA develops custom formulas from a $250 pilot and a first order of 200 units. Custom formulas.

    Who is responsible for label compliance?

    You are, as the brand on the label: under MoCRA the responsible person is the company named on it. We help: our templates hold the lines US cosmetic labels need, and a person on our team checks every design before it prints. That check is not legal approval. How labels and compliance work.

    What does each order cost after launch?

    The unit price with your label, from $4.50 to $16.75, plus postage at cost. Selling needs the Brand plan ($39 a month, 200 orders included, then $2.50 an order) or Pro ($49 a month).

    Where are the products made?

    By our own production team in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in small batches, with grass-fed, grass-finished tallow. Each order is labeled, packed and shipped from there within 2 business days.

    Do I need a TallowPal plan to buy a service?

    No. Services are one-time prices, apart from the optional Label Refresh Plan. To sell the products, you need the Brand or Pro plan once you start taking orders; Studio is free while we build.

    Can I pay in parts?

    For the Brand Launch System, yes: 3 monthly payments of $665, $1,995 in all. Turnaround starts when your brief, files and account access are in. The files and rights are yours once it is paid in full. Your Shopify, Amazon and TikTok accounts are always yours. Other services are paid in one go.

    What happens after I pay?

    You get an email with your TallowPal account and a short brief to fill in. Turnaround starts when your brief, files and account access are in. Two rounds of changes are included.

    Can I get a refund?

    Full refund until we send first drafts. No refund after first drafts. For the Brand Launch System, parts we have not started are refunded at their separate prices, up to the amount paid.

    Do I need an account first?

    No. Pay, and we create your TallowPal account with the same email, or add the service to your existing one.

    Is Shopify included?

    Your Shopify subscription is billed by Shopify, on your own account. We build and configure the store; you choose the Shopify plan.

    How long does it take?

    From your brief: label designs in 5 business days, a Shopify store in 5, the full Brand Launch System in 10. Two rounds of changes are included in each.

    Can I bring my own logo or labels?

    Yes. Skip what you have: we can build the store around your existing logo and label files, or design labels for a logo you already own.

    Are the brands on this page real?

    No. They are concept brands we made to show the work. The containers in every photo are the real ones we ship, at true size.

    Can you design in Canva so I can edit later?

    Yes. Label designs can be delivered as print-ready PDFs and as Canva designs on our templates, so you can make changes yourself.
