Do I need a label design to order samples?
No. Order plain samples to test the products, or add your label to see the finished look. You can change your label any time after.
Do I need a paid plan?
No. Studio is free and lets you design labels and order samples. You only need Brand or Pro to connect a store and sell.
How long do samples take?
They ship within 2 business days of your label passing our check, by USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
Can I send samples to creators?
Yes. Samples can ship to any US address, which makes them useful for creator outreach and photo shoots.
