TallowPal works with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Etsy, TikTok Shop and any other store. WooCommerce and Shopify connect directly, so orders reach us on their own and tracking goes back to your store. For Shopify, we set up the connection for you while our Shopify app is in review. The other channels send orders with an order file, and we send you the tracking to add.
How orders reach us.
Shopify
Orders: We set up the connection for you after you approve our request. Paid orders come to us on their own.
Tracking: Added to the Shopify order automatically (by email with a link on Shopify Basic).
Amazon
Orders: Upload Amazon's Unshipped Orders report once a day, or send stock to FBA and we prep it.
Tracking: A Shipping Confirmation file to upload in Seller Central.
WooCommerce
Orders: Our plugin. Paid orders come to us on their own.
Tracking: Added to the WooCommerce order automatically.
Etsy
Orders: Upload Etsy's Order Items file once a day, with TallowPal disclosed as your production partner.
Tracking: We send it to you to add in Etsy.
TikTok Shop
Orders: Copy new orders from Seller Center onto our order template and upload it.
Tracking: We send it to you to add in Seller Center.
Any other store
Orders: Fill in our order template and upload it.
Tracking: We send it to you to add in your store.
Give each product in your store its TallowPal SKU, shown in your account, so we know which items are ours. Mixed orders are fine: we ship only our items.

Custom formulas
