Shipping and returns
How we ship orders for your brand, what happens when something goes wrong, and who handles what.
TallowPal ships each order within 2 business days (next business day on Pro) by USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, to all 50 US states plus APO, FPO and DPO addresses. Shipping is billed to your brand at the actual label cost. Report damaged or missing items within 7 days and we replace or credit them. Your customers return products under your own return policy.
When orders ship
Orders that reach us by the end of a business day ship within 2 business days, or the next business day on Pro. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Every order ships with tracking, sent back to your store or account.
Carriers and cost
We choose USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground for each package by weight and destination, and bill your brand the actual label cost. You set what your customers pay for shipping in your own store. If you buy shipping through a marketplace such as TikTok Shop, send us that label and we ship with it.
Packaging
Orders ship in a plain box with a packing slip carrying your logo and no prices. Nothing in the box names TallowPal or Wholesale Tallow Soap USA.
Heat
Tallow balm can soften in summer heat, like butter, and firms back up at room temperature with no harm to the product. Soap bars, lotion and liquid soap travel well in any season.
Damaged, missing or wrong items
Report it within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the box. We replace or credit the affected items, and we cover the cost when the error is ours. For larger claims we may ask for the items back on a prepaid label.
Your customers' returns
You set your own return policy for your customers and handle their requests. Products made for your brand cannot be returned to us for resale, but we help with any question about a product's quality.
Addresses we ship to
We ship to all 50 US states plus APO, FPO and DPO addresses. We do not ship internationally yet.
