Is there a separate app fee?
No. The Shopify connection is included in the Brand and Pro plans.
Can I sell other products in the same store?
Yes. Only orders containing TallowPal products route to us, and only those items.
Who pays for shipping?
You set your shipping rates in Shopify. We bill you the actual cost of each label we buy.
What if an order is cancelled?
Cancel it in Shopify before we ship and we release it. Once it has shipped, your return policy applies.
Do you see my customer data?
Only what we need to ship an order: the name, address and items. We never contact your customers or use their details for anything else.
